Returns / Exchange & Refund


Returns will need to be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please email us within 7 days of purchase that you are not completely happy. All items returned must be in the original packaging, must not be worn and have all relevant tags.


Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a return.



Exchanges will be sent out to the customer free of charge for the first exchange. Any further exchanges after this will be charged at our normal delivery costs at the time of purchase (This does not include any free delivery promotions)

We will only exchange goods once we have received them and they have been checked by our team. Exchanges are for a like for like basis. Please contact exchange@wearehorizontal.co.uk for any further information.


We guarantee to refund any product you are not happy with bought via our website (www.wearehorizontal.co.uk)

Any shipping and costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot process the refund until we receive the returned products.

We would recommend using a tracked/insured service for all returns.
